* Prior to using this package in Hong Kong, real-name registration is required.

* Currently, "passport", "Hong Kong Identity Card","Hong Kong-Macao Travel Permit"or "iAM Smart" are supported for real-name registration.

* Hong Kong citizens are recommended to use "iAM Smart" for real-name registration, as it is efficient and convenient, saving you time. If other identity documents are chosen, your application will be reviewed manually, and the review time may be slightly extended. Please note this.

Real-name Registration Instruction:

1.Upon arrival in Hong Kong, you will receive an SMS containing a real-name registration link. Please ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi before clicking the link.

2. Click the link in the SMS to access the real-name registration page.

3. Select the "Individual User Real-Name Registration" entry, obtain the SMS verification code, and enter it.

4. Choose an identity verification method.

5. Follow the instructions to take a photo of your original identity document, confirm your personal information, and submit.

6.Upon the submission, the registration will be approved in few minutes in case of iAmSmart is chosen. Otherwise, the process will take longer.
Once approved, you will receive a notification of successful real-name registration, and the package's network service will be automatically activated.
