BY TICKING THE “I AGREE” BOX OR IF YOU ARE ALREADY IN USE OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OF US, YOU EXPRESSLY AND EXPLICITLY AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND OUR COLLECTION AND HANDLING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

This Privacy Policy and the "User Agreement" constitute a unified whole, and if there are inconsistent provisions, this Privacy Policy shall prevail.

1. How and What We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

The primary purpose of our collection of User information is to provide Users with a safe, smooth, and efficient customized experience.Particularly, We may collect Your information based on the following purposes:

a. To realize the basic functions of providing Our products or services to Users, Users must authorize Us to collect and use necessary information.

b. To realize the additional functions of providing Our products or services to Users, Users can choose to authorize Us to collect and use information.

1.1 Personal Information that Users Must Authorize Us to Collect and Use:

(a) Registering a membership account

Users need to register an account to use Our products and services normally, Users must provide an email address for personal real identity verification when registering an account, We will send a verification code to verify the validity of the User's identity.

(b) Providing display of goods or services information for Users

During Users' use of Our services, in order to recognize account abnormal status, understand product adaptability, and provide Users with page displays and search results that better meet Users' needs, we may automatically collect Users' usage situations and store them as network log information, including:

Device information: We will receive and record the information of the device used by Users based on Users' specific operations in the installation and/or use of the product. In addition, to continuously improve and optimize the functions mentioned above, We will also use Users' information above (Including equipment model, operating system version, equipment setting, unique equipment identifier and equipment environment hardware and software characteristic information) and device location related information (including customer-authorized GPS location,WLAN access point, Bluetooth, and base station information)."Unique Equipment Identifier" means IMEI/IMSI/androidID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID and any other information that allows the identification of any Equipment.

Service log information: When Users use Our products or services, We will automatically collect detailed usage situations of Users for our services and save them as service logs, including browsing, clicking to view, search queries, transactions, after-sales, follow-up sharing information, as well as IP address, browser type, telecommunications operator, language used, date and time of access.

Please note that individual device information and service log information cannot identify the specific natural person's identity. If We combine this type of non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person's identity, or use it in combination with personal information, during the combined use, this type of non-personal information will be regarded as personal information. Unless Users' authorization is obtained or laws and regulations provide otherwise, We will anonymize and de-identify this type of information.

In addition, We will also use the above User information to continuously improve and optimize the above functions.

(c) Traffic Products and Services:

·When You use Our traffic products, We will collect Your bound traffic card ICCID, the destination, activation time, expiration time, and usage information of the traffic package.

(d) Necessary Functions to Ensure Transaction Security

To ensure that Users can use Our services normally, maintain the normal operation of Our services, improve and optimize Our service experience and ensure the security of Users' accounts, we will collect information about User's interactions with Our software, services, products or web pages (including computer, platform, device and connection information, client performance information, error reports, device functions, bandwidth, page browsing statistics data, browser type and usage statistics data), and notify Users about service updates, failures and rights and obligations related information through in-app messages, text messages.

(e) Purchase of Products or Services

The relevant detailed information provided by Users when purchasing Our products or services, including the name of the recipient of the goods, telephone, address information, and payment method, etc.; receiving, processing, or transmitting orders generated through Our application; issuing invoices to Users or notifying Users of order status.

When a User is ready to settle for payment for a good or service, the system generates an order for the purchase of the good. The customer needs to fill in at least the recipient name, shipping address and mobile phone number in the order to access the goods or services and status of the order in a timely manner. The order shall specify the order number, information on the goods or services purchased by the User, the amount payable by the User and the payment method. If an invoice is to be sent, a User shall provide invoicing information, name of the recipient, mailing address and mobile phone number of the invoice.

(f) Customer Service

We provide Users with customer support and troubleshooting issues, resolving disputes customer service. When Users raise complaints, appeals or consultations to Us, in order to protect the security of Users' accounts and systems, facilitate contact with Users or help Users solve problems, We may need Users to provide personal information such as [name, mobile phone number, email, and other contact methods]. If Users refuse to provide the above information, We may not be able to feedback the results of complaints, appeals, or consultations to Users in a timely manner. In order to help Users solve problems as soon as possible or record relevant problem solutions and results, We may save communication/call records and related content between Users and Us (including account information, order information, other information provided by Users to prove relevant facts, or contact information left by Users). If Users consult, complain, or suggest about specific orders, We will use Users' account information and order information.

For the reasonable needs of providing services and improving service quality, We may also use other information of Users, including related information provided by Users when they contact customer service, and questionnaire response information sent to Us when Users participate in surveys.

(g)Marketing

We may collect and use Your email address to send You news and information related to coupons, discounts and/or latest marketing activities (e.g., first-order discounts, repurchase promotions, and holiday offers, collectively as “Marketing Communications”). You are deemed to accept receiving Our Marketing Communications when You sign up for a new account. You may opt out of sharing Your email address with our Marketing Communications partner - MailChimp (defined in Clause 3.1.5) at any time by clicking the “Unsubsicribe” button in the emails We sent to You or contacting Our customer service. If You choose not to share Your email address, You may not be able to receive such Marketing Communications, but this will not affect Your access to Our main products or services.

We may also collect Your browsing activities on Our website for marketing purpose, and to better understand Your preferences of Our products/services and recommend products/services more related to your preferences. We will only collect Your browsing activities after You have successfully signed in to Your account.

[For Users who are Japanese residents] You can opt out by contacting Us or by other written form that You do not allow Us to collect Your personal information listed above. However, please be aware that if We cannot collect Your personal information necessary for a specific purpose, We may not be able to provide You products or services associated with the personal information any longer.

1.2 Users Can Choose to Authorize the Collection and Use of Personal Information

(a) Additional Services Based on Camera Permissions

You can use the scanning function to automatically recognize and enter the card number after enabling the camera permission.

(b) Additional Services Based on Location Information Permission

We will collect Your precise and general location information to determine Your destination and automatically display products and services at Your destination.

The additional functions mentioned above may require You to enable access to Your camera/camera and location on your device for Us to collect and use the information related to these functions. You can decide to turn these permissions on and off at any time. Please note that turning on these permissions means that You authorize Us to collect and use this personal information to achieve the above functions. If You cancel these permissions, We will no longer continue to collect and use Your personal information, and We cannot provide You with the functions corresponding to these permissions. Your decision to turn off permissions will not affect the processing of personal information based on your previous authorization.

1.3 You Fully Understand That We Collect and Use Personal Information Without Your Authorization in the Following Situations:

(1) Related to national security and defense security;

(2) Related to public safety, public health, and major public interest;

(3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment enforcement;

(4) It is necessary to maintain the life and property of the subject of personal information or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the person's consent;

(5) The collected personal information is publicly disclosed by the subject of personal information;

(6) Personal information about You collected from publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure channels;

(7) Necessary for signing a contract according to Your request;

(8) Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products and/or services provided;

(9) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

1.4 Accessing Third-Party Services (Including Any Third-Party Websites) Through Billion Connect Services

1.4.1 In order to provide You with more comprehensive and high-quality products and services, some of Our services will be provided by authorized partners. We may share some of Your information with Our partners to provide better customer service and user experience. We will only share User information with suppliers, service providers, and other partners. You can opt-out of such sharing by deleting the cookies, or You can contact Us.

1.4.2 Our third-party partners may share User information with Us. This shared information includes whether the User is within the scope of the third-party service, the User's location, etc. After sharing this information, We can provide Users with the basic core functions of Our products and services, such as providing Users with discount information based on the shared location.

We will take strict confidentiality measures for the companies, organizations, and individuals who share personal information with Us, and process personal information in accordance with Our instructions, this privacy policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

1.5 Information Collected by Other Companies and Institutions Promoting Services on Billion Connect

Partners who entrust Us to promote information and advertise: You acknowledge that We have the right to share the indirect User portraits formed by using Your relevant information, analysis/statistics information after de-identification or anonymization with partners who entrust Us to promote information and advertise, to help them advertise or make decision suggestions and improve the reach of advertisements. Without Your consent, We will not share any personal information that can identify You with them.

[For Users who are Japanese residents] Without Your express consent, We will not share Your related information with Our partners or third parties who have Your personal information and by combining the related information and Your personal information, they can identify You. We will not deal with Your sensitive information without Your express consent.

2. How We Use Cookies

To ensure the normal operation of the application, We will store small data files called cookies on the User's mobile device. Cookies usually contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. With the help of cookies, the application can store user preferences or the products they browse.

We will not use cookies for any purpose other than those described in this privacy policy. Users can manage or delete cookies according to their preferences.

3. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Users' Personal Information

Except as stated below, without obtaining the User's valid and explicit permission, We will not share, transfer, or publicly disclose any personal information.

3.1.3 We may share User’s personal information with any of Our subsidiaries, holding companies, associated companies, or affiliates of, or companies controlled by, or under common control with the Us, which, togethter with Us, will provide better services to You.

[For Users who are Japanese residents] Specifically, We may share Your personal information for the purpose of providing You with better services related to the handling of Your order and billing with Our subsidiary located in Japan – Billion Connect Japan Company Limited. We may also share Your personal information without Your consent when it is necessary to protect Your personal health and it is difficult to obtain Your consent.

3.1.4 Sharing with Authorized Partners: Only for the purpose stated in this privacy policy, We may delegate partners to fulfill duties on Our behalf. We may share some of Your personal information with Our partners. For instance, when Your phone uses the Billion Connect App, We may entrust partners to send information to Your mobile device when You are not executing or using the Billion Connect application. We will only share User's personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, consented and clear purposes and will only share personal information necessary to provide services. Our partners are not allowed to use the shared personal information for any other purpose.

Currently, Our authorized partners include the following types:

(1) Advertising and analysis service authorized partners. Unless We have Your permission, We will not share Your personal identity information (i.e., information that can identify Your identity, such as name or phone number, which can be used to contact or identify You) with Our advertising and analysis service partners. We will provide these partners with information about their advertising coverage and effectiveness, but will not provide Users' personal identity information, or We will aggregate this information so that it cannot identify individual Users. For example, We may only tell advertisers how effective their ads are or how many people have viewed their ads after they agree to comply with Our ad posting guidelines.

(2) Suppliers, service providers, and other partners. We may share User's personal information with third parties who support Our functionality. These supports include providing Us with supplies or basic infrastructure technology services, logistics and distribution services, payment services, data processing, etc. The purpose of sharing this information is to achieve the basic core functions of Our products and services. For example, We need to share User's order number and order amount with a third-party payment institution to confirm User's payment instructions and complete payment.

3.1.5 Sharing with Marketing Service Providers: We may share Your email address with MailChimp, a third-party service provider that assists Us in managing email campaigns. MailChimp is contractually obligated to use Your email address solely for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. You may withdraw Your consent for such sharing at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button in the emails We sent to You or by contacting Our customer service.

For companies, organizations, and individuals with whom We share personal information, We will sign a strict confidentiality agreement with them, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with Our instructions, this privacy policy, applicable laws and regulations, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

3.2 Transfer

We will not transfer the User's personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except under the following circumstances:

(1) We will transfer the User's personal information to other parties only after obtaining the User's explicit consent.

(2) In cases involving mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information transfer is involved, We will require the new company or organization holding the User's personal information to continue to be bound by this privacy policy or obligations of the like; otherwise, We will request that the company or organization seek reauthorization from the User.

Since Our servers for restoring Users’ personal information are installed in Singapore, We will transfer Your personal information to Singapore for restoration purpose. The transmission of Your personal information will be protected by Our encrypted technologies SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) or TLS (Transport Layer Security).

3.3 Public Disclosure

We will only disclose User personal information in the following situations:

(1) With the User's explicit consent.

(2) To comply with legal requirements, in response to laws, legal procedures, litigation, or mandatory requests from government regulatory authorities.

3.4 Exceptions to Prior Authorization for Sharing, Transferring, and Public Disclosure of Personal Information

In the following situations, sharing, transferring, and publicly disclosing User personal information does not require prior authorization from the User:

(1) Matters related to national security and defense.

(2) Matters related to public safety, public health, and significant public interest.

(3) Matters related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment execution, or related to administrative law enforcement.

(4) If it's necessary to safeguard the User's or another individual's life, property, and other significant legal rights and interests but it is difficult to get the individual's consent.

(5) Personal information made public by the User themselves.

(6) Collecting personal information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reporting, government information disclosure, and other channels.

Please be aware, according to applicable laws, if We process personal information in such a way that the recipient cannot re-identify the specific individual and cannot be restored, this data sharing, transfer, and public disclosure does not require further notification and obtaining consent from the User.

4. How We Protect Users' Personal Information

We strictly execute Our obligations under relevant laws and exceptions, implementing appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect personal and traffic data provided by the User or collected by Us. For instance, User personal data and traffic data are only accessible by authorized employees or third parties, and are kept only as long as necessary to fulfill the original purpose of collection or directly related purposes, unless personal data and traffic data need to be kept to comply with any applicable legal or contractual obligations.

The internet environment is not 100% secure. We will strive to ensure or guarantee the security of any information the User sends to Us. If our physical, technical, or administrative protective facilities are breached, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information, causing harm to the User's legal rights, We will bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.

In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, We will promptly inform the User of the basic situation of the security incident and possible impacts, the measures We have taken or will take, advice on how the User can independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for the User, etc. We will promptly inform the User of the incident-related situations via methods such as SMS, phone calls, push notifications, etc. If it is difficult to inform individual personal information subjects one by one, We will issue a reasonable and effective public notice.

At the same time, We will also report the handling of personal information security incidents as required by regulatory authorities.

5. User's Rights

5.1 Accessing or Correcting User Personal Information

Users have the right to access relevant information on Billion Connect's products and correct it in case of errors.

We are currently unable to provide access and correction services for some of the personal information. This information is primarily collected to improve User experience and ensure transaction security, such as device information and personal information generated when using extended features. We will use the above information within the scope of User authorization, which the User cannot access and correct, but the User can contact Us for deletion or anonymization.

5.2 Deleting User Personal Information

We will make reasonable efforts to meet the requirements to delete personal information, unless required by law to be retained.

In the following situations, Users can request that we delete personal information:

1. If Our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations.

2. If We collect and use the User's personal information without obtaining the User's consent.

3. If Our processing of personal information violates Our agreement with the User.

4. If the User no longer uses Our products or services, or the User has cancelled their account.

5. If We no longer provide products or services to the User.

If We decide to respond to the User's deletion request, We will also notify entities that have received Your personal information from Us to delete it promptly, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, or these entities obtain independent authorization from the User.

After the User deletes information from Our service, We may not immediately delete corresponding information from Our backup system, but will delete this information during backup updates.

5.3 Changing the Scope of User's Consent

Each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed (see this privacy policy section "1. How and What We collect and use User personal information"). Users can change the scope of their consent for Us to continue to collect personal information or withdraw their consent by [deleting information, turning off device functions, unsubscribing from receiving Marketing Communications emails and adjusting privacy settings in the software].

Once the User withdraws their consent, We will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, the decision to withdraw consent will not affect the processing of personal information based on the User's authorization before the withdrawal. For reasonable requests from Users, We do not charge fees in principle, but for repeated requests beyond reasonable limits, We reserve the right to charge reasonable fees for any request to access information.

In the following situations, We will not be able to respond to the User's request:

(1) Matters related to fulfilling legal obligations by the personal information controller.

(2) Matters directly related to national security and defense.

(3) Matters directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interest.

(4) Matters directly related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial, judgment execution, etc.

(5) When We has sufficient evidence to prove the subjective malice or abuse of rights by the User.

(6) Matters where it is necessary to safeguard the life, property, and other significant legal rights and interests of the User or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent.

(7) Responding to the User's request will result in serious harm to the legitimate rights and interests of the User or other individuals or organizations.

(8) Matters involving trade secrets.

6. How We Transfer Personal Information Globally

In principle, the personal information We collect and generate within the People's Republic of China will be stored in the People's Republic of China. Because We provide products or services through resources and servers around the world, this means that, with the User's consent, the User's personal information may be transferred to jurisdictions outside the country/region where the User uses the product or service, or may be accessed from these jurisdictions.

Such jurisdictions may have different data protection laws, or even no related laws. In these cases, We will ensure that the User's personal information is adequately and equivalently protected within the People's Republic of China. For example, We will request User consent for cross-border transfer of personal information, or We will implement security measures such as de-identifying data before cross-border data transfer. In the event that We do transfer Your personal information globally, We will do so in compliance with the prevailing requirements of applicable privacy laws.

7. How We Handle Children's Personal Information

Our products and services are mainly intended for adults. Children should not create their own personal information accounts without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. In the case where a child's personal information is collected with the consent of a parent, We will only use or disclose this information when allowed by law, when the parent or guardian has explicitly consented, or when necessary to protect the child. Although local laws and customs vary in their definition of a child, We consider anyone under 14 years old to be a child.

If We discover that We have collected personal information from a child without verifiable parental consent, We will try to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
